SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

At Silver by Rakam Gold, we take pride in delivering your handcrafted jewelry safely and promptly.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is available on request for select items. Please contact us for international shipping quotes and timelines.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day. During festival seasons and promotional periods, processing may take 3-5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

Standard Shipping (India):

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Express Shipping (India):

  • Metro Cities: 1-2 business days

  • Other Cities: 2-4 business days

Shipping Costs:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹2,500

  • Standard Shipping: ₹100 (orders below ₹2,500)

  • Express Shipping: ₹250

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package in real-time through our courier partner's website.

Delivery Process

Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the local courier office for 7 days. After this period, the package will be returned to us, and standard return policies will apply.

Packaging

Each piece from Silver by Rakam Gold is carefully packaged in premium gift boxes with protective padding to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. Rudraksh malas and chains are wrapped with extra care to preserve their sacred and delicate nature.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, courier delays, or customs clearance issues may impact delivery times. We'll keep you informed of any significant delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our courier partner to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your jewelry.
