2. Our Products

Our jewellery is crafted in BIS hallmarked 925 sterling silver with a 925 stamp and unique HUID number. Most of our designs are finished with 24K gold plating. Our products are not made of solid gold.

We use coloured stones, semi-precious stones, kundan and moissanite (in our polki-style designs), as described on each product page.

As every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, size, weight and finish are natural and are not considered defects. Product images are for reference only and may look slightly different due to lighting and screen settings.

3. Gold Plating and Care

With proper care, the 24K gold plating on our jewellery lasts up to 1 year. Fading of plating due to regular wear, perfume, sweat or water is natural and is not considered a manufacturing defect. We offer re-polishing at a minimal cost.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, and we do not store your card or bank details.

5. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing or product information errors, or suspected fraud. If your prepaid order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Order Cancellation by Customer
